The Le Novi winery was built in 2014 with the ambition of producing digestible, elegant wines. Our commitment to the environment, initiated several generations ago, enables us to express the full uniqueness of our fresh terroir.
Our family heritage has left us a large and varied white vineyard. Today, we produce 40% white wines, a proportion twice that of the Luberon and four times that of the Rhône Valley.
Our cultivation and harvesting choices, combined with our determination to make the most of the natural freshness of our terroir, give our wines all the delicacy that characterizes them.

An intense and fresh bouquet of vine peaches, tangy strawberries and grenadine. Round on the palate with citrus and red fruit notes, with a long-lasting aroma.
